The Mountain Ranch Coffee Company was born from the desire of the entrepreneur Simon Faucher. Espresso enthusiast, this roaster was always searching for a taste beyond perfect in his cup. In 2020, he furthered his research on the topic. Here are his results:
"I realized that the more coffee is freshly roasted, the better it is! The important isn't only to grind your beans, but also to find the best fresh coffee", he says.

Mountain Ranch Coffee prioritizes getting their beans from ecological farms. "My research has demonstrated this to me: coffee traceability is no easy feat. Many producers, even today, practice monoculture and use pesticides. I discovered a few pearls and, through time, established contact with a few ecoresponsible importers" rejoices Mr Faucher.
